iLink LLC and Impulse Accelerated Technologies, Inc. support ICFPT Design Competition 2013 and IEICE RECONF Design Competition 2013 by offering a license of Impulse C/CoDeveloper tools to challengers. To get your license, fill the request form and send it to the designated address.

Issued license is intended for ICFPT Design Competition 2013 and IEICE RECONF Design Competition 2013 purposes only. If commercial work or other purposes are done while using this license, a payment based on the lease pricing structure is expected.
Every challenger at any organization (academic or industrial) in any country can ask for the license, unless the exportation violates the restrictions imposed by the U.S. government.
The license can be activated at March 1st, 2013 for early requests, or at the date when your request is approved for late requests. The license will be expired at December 31st, 2013 regardless of the starting date.
At most one license is issued for each team. Please consult with iLink for re-issue (for the case of replacement of the PC, etc.).
